If a review of the form determines you meet the minimum eligibility requirements, your name will be placed on our waiting list and a full application will be completed at a later date.
Please note that placement on the waiting list does not guarantee an apartment. All applicants must meet the eligibility requirements of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as well as the tenant selection criteria of Sacred Heart Village.
